Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me the opportunity to offer your spot to another guest.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Please understand that last-minute changes are difficult to rebook, and this policy helps protect the time and care I dedicate to each client.
Salon services will begin once state shop licensure is finalized. Appointments booked in advance are for future service dates only.
